Sangeeta Kakati is a UK based mental health advocate, international speaker, author and presenter. She has had experience of herself and colleagues in the corporate and SME world showing stress, anxiety and bouts of depression - how this impacts themselves and others. In 2018, she decided to dedicate her time to researching mental health further and sharing practical tips to take care of ourselves and each other in our busy, fast-paced lives.
Sangeeta has a science background, so likes to research psychology and the science behind mental health. She volunteers regularly and is determined to help people get whatever help they need to live mentally healthy, happy lives. She never wants anyone to have to go through the pain and being misunderstood that she had.
NB: Sangeeta is not a trained medical professional, her training will include (amongst many, many other things) how to signpost to helpful professional resources and reviews on such resources.
Sangeeta Kakati is a UK based mental health advocate, international speaker, author and presenter.
She has had personal experience with mental health issues such as stress at work and seeing others going through the same. Now she helps others to deal with these same issues – including stress, anxiety and depression.
Sangeeta has been trained by international speakers and bestsellers in the personal development industry, including: the founders of Wealth Dragons John Lee and Vincent Wong, Tony Robbins, Dean Graziosi, Vince Tan, Eric Ho, Marcos Souto, Grace Lever and attended training by Robert Kiyosaki (author of Rich Dad, Poor Dad) and T Harv Eker.
Since then, she has dedicated any time she has to constantly learning more about mental health issues – particularly at work – and sharing all the knowledge and expertise she has with anyone who wants to make real lasting change. This includes sharing her personal experiences and practical solutions on how to manage mental health effectively, not cause more pain.
Her vision is to educate and empower as many SMEs, corporations and entrepreneurs to create and maintain positive working environments for mental health – for themselves and their colleagues.
Her vow is: “I never want anyone else to have to go through what I did”.
