Originally from Moscow, Russia, Maria achieved a specialist degree in Marketing at the Plekhanov Russian University of Economics. Upon graduation in 2002, she began a career in Market Research, working for various agencies within the healthcare industry in sales and business development roles.
Her most recent roles at IQVIA, a Human Data Science company, focused on solution selling and customer success, using a consultative approach and solution expertise to manage the sales process and help solve customers' business challenges. She was also involved in the co-creation of integrated solutions, based on information, technology and service solutions, and ensuring that those solutions brought measurable and meaningful return on investment. Her last role at IQVA coincided with a move to London, UK, which is where she is now based.
In 2017, Maria left IQVA to become a self-employed life coach and began to study at the Animas Centre for Coaching for a diploma in Transformational Coaching. As a life coach, Maria specialises in building greater self-awareness, self-confidence, overcoming fears of rejection and unlocking potential. She believes that everyone has the power to re-shape their lives by reconnecting with their identity and what feels right for them. She is passionate about making helping others to reach their full potential to become better versions of themselves.
Maria uses Transformational Coaching as a method to explore people's beliefs, values and emotions and determine how these shape life experiences, actions and results. With her inquiring mindset and high-quality, interpersonal skills, she provides clients with a non-judgmental, open, collaborative and confidential space that enables a journey of self-exploration and reshapes many areas of life.
