Matthew Moody is a HMO and Property Investment, Revenue Management, New Product Development, CRM and Database Marketing Expert.

Matthew Moody is an experienced, senior-level executive with substantial experience in building six and seven figure businesses in the travel, leisure, education and real estate industries.

He has been investing in property since 2004 and has been involved in the HMO (Houses of Multiple Occupation) market, educating, sourcing, managing and coaching people for over nine years. His mission is to make a difference in the property market and show people that they don’t have to struggle; he believes that all you need to do is take the right, step-by-step actions to truly live out your dreams.

Matthew grew up in Yorkshire and studied Theology at Oxford, with the original intention of becoming a priest. However, as he experienced the wider world, he decided that priesthood was not the path he wanted to follow and, upon graduating, started working for Europcar as a Trainee Business Analyst. Within eighteen months, Matthew had become the head of his department and continued to build his career there, until he was offered a job with RCI, the US-based, leading provider of timeshare properties in the world.

Within a short time, he became the Head of Revenue Management for EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa) and built up revenues of $20 million across several product lines. However, although Matthew was creating products, spearheading growth, negotiating huge contracts and travelling the world, the pressure was huge and he became very stressed.

Eventually, Matthew left RCI of mutual accord and started investing in property. Having read the book, ‘Rich Dad, Poor Dad’, he took a one-day course in property investment and learnt about how to double, triple and even quadruple the money you could make from a property through HMOs (Houses of Multiple Occupation). He decided to invest in a two-day course to find out more, which changed his life forever.

Matthew went on to build a £3.5 million property portfolio in just over eighteen months, through trial, tribulation, blood, sweat, tears, stress and sheer determination to succeed. Having developed the first and still the largest HMO authority website in the UK,, Matthew now runs several, successful businesses, including Stanford Knights Letting, the Wealth Success Alliance, and Landlord Furniture Packages.

In his spare time, Matthew enjoys spending time with family and experiencing the Great Outdoors. He is a keen guitarist and music enthusiast and enjoys travelling, food and drink and spending quality time with his two, young children, Callum and Amelia, who he describes as ‘the light of his life’!
