Rachael Taplin is a PR expert, businesswoman and entrepreneur. As Founder and Managing Director of BlueBoo, a unique PR agency that trains and encourages business owners to manage their own PR and connects them directly to the UK media, her dedication and achievements have been commended at the highest level, and she has recently been recognised as one of the top fifty UK Inspirational Women in the United Kingdom.

Rachael began her media career in radio advertising sales, selling advertising campaigns to local and regional businesses. From there, she co-founded her own, full service, advertising agency and later progressed to forming a new community website business, 'About My Area', which quickly developed into a franchise network with one hundred franchisees.

She then set up a new magazine, 'Mums in Control', specifically targeted towards working mothers which, again, grew to become a franchise network of ninety franchisees. As a result of launching an initiative called 'National Working Mums Day', Rachael spoke on over seventy radio stations in one day and was also featured within one of the UK's largest, daily newspapers.

Rachael has achieved her own, personal media exposure within local, regional and national press and on radio and TV. She has also appeared in many national, glossy magazines, worked with several, well-known celebrities and has helped thousands of UK business owners to secure both online and offline publicity.

Rachael now dedicates her time as the media matchmaker for BlueBoo, training and helping entrepreneurs and business owners to use PR and secure their own publicity by connecting them directly to journalists, editors, bloggers and media outlets.
